Q Is the vehicle tracking system easy to use?

Q What are the upfront costs and do I have to pay monthly SIM charges?
We offer a range of options but all packages include the hardware costs, installation, warranty, support communication charges and training. Our

lease options require nothing to pay up front with absolutely no extra or hidden monthly charges.

Q How many computers can I use with the system?
Our licensing model is per vehicle and not per seat. This allows our clients to track the whole fleet via any number of PCs. At multiple sites, from home or while mobile.

Q Will the installation damage the vehicle?
No. The installation is carried out by our approved installers who guarantee no damage to the vehicle. By use of internal antennas, once fitted there is no evidence of a tracking unit being present.

Q Does the system just work in the UK?

No. The system works throughout mainland Europe and Southern Ireland.

Q Do I have to have a minimum number of vehicles to have qualify for the system?
No. Our system is used by clients with a fleet of 1 vehicle to a fleet of 1200 vehicles.

Q Does the system show the vehicles live on screen?
Yes. An update is sent from the vehicle every 60 seconds while in transit. This is shown instantly on the client screen on a vehicle by vehicle basis.

Q Can I add known locations to the maps?
Yes, up to 5000 locations may be added to the system. These locations then appear on the live tracking and reports.
